Retractable gear
Still fiddling a bit with the model. A retractable gear is posible(see images), but is it advisable in a city kind of model?
LDD Gallery
I've uploaded a slightly more complicated version of this design on the LDD gallery; a modular build allowing you to build the 100 to 400 versions of the Dash 8 (if you've got LDD installed and the parts in your real life pile of course).
