DM-2 Crew Dragon Endeavour Launches!

On the 30th of May, Space X launched the first human spaceflight from American soil since the retirement of the Space Shuttle Program in 2011. Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken soared atop of a Falcon 9 headed for the ISS and will dock tomorrow after spending over 24 hours in orbit chasing the station!

Here, a Lego Crew Dragon "Endeavour" coasts on its way to the International Space Station and Lego Bob and Doug wave goodbye before boarding for the launch.

Cargo Dragon XL Update

Hi Everyone,

I have completed an update on the Cargo Dragon XL.

The Cargo Dragon XL is very new, we don't have any specs or much information about the new spacecraft apart from 1 official image provided by NASA back in March. After further analysis and inspection of this official image, I have updated the solar arrays of my Lego Model. From the perspective of the image, they look smaller than when I had first created and submitted the model! However, once we get more images from NASA or Space X, I will update my model accordingly. Speculation is whether the solar arrays are identical to Cargo Dragon Version 1 or if they are smaller. Only time will tell!

Thank you all for the support!

Crew Dragon Update

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for the support so far!

I have made a few minor updates to the Crew Dragon Spacecraft. I have made it more structurally sound, I have made it so the Super Draco engines fit more snug to the main capsule itself and I have added the blackfins on the Trunk as this represents the darker coloured fins nearest to the section of the solar panels on the trunk. Some Crew Dragons have these and others don't (Example, a testing model had 2 blackfins nearest to the solar panels on the trunk but some models don't!)

Enjoy and again, thank you for supporting :)

Cheers,

Jack
