 Jay Garrick, the Flash from earth 3! This is the 100 supporter surprise! I released it early hoping it would get this project to 100 supporters!

I rounded off the top to give it a more sleek design!!

I decided to replace cisco with the super hero version of himself!! I give you Vibe!! :-]

P.s. Obviously the ''portal'' part of the build isn't good                                                                                                                       and it is Not at all permanent.
