Grass and pictures : update #2
I've modified the look of several pictures and, above all, I've added texture to the grass in front of the podium, as suggested in the comments

Update #1
I did my first update !
- I added some solar panels on the podium and the cabin because there a lack of ecology
- I modified a car of the publicitary caravan
- I modified the lorry to make it more modern (based on the Lego set n°60418)
- I added an encouraging sign
I still didn't find the way to have also women riders without adding too much minifigs.
This set is now made of 1853 parts.
