The story this work tells!

Welcome at Mr. Green's Sweets & Candies!
Mr. Green's shop is well known in LEGO town and of course not just a kid's paradise. He runs a real confectionery and has already won several awards, such as the Sweet Brick. But he can't do it alone, which is why Fanny, who lives on the same street, often helps him in the shop. Fanny loves the many children who visit the shop every day. She often jokes that so much youth must rub off on her too. But I have to admit that you definitely get that impression when you see Fanny in the shop, how easily she does everything and never tires of serving her little guests.
Mr. Green loves children very much too. But he often enjoys retreating to his apartment, which is above the shop. He likes to read a book or tend to his plant. This often gives him new, sweat ideas for his own creations, which he then sells in the shop. He is supported in production by a local producer, which is why his little van is definitely worth it.
When he's not literally stuck with his head in sweets, he enjoys escaping the town in his old car. It's certainly not the newest model, but it has never let him down.
But if you want to know more about what was probably the most exciting adventure in Mr. Green's life, even if it only lasted a few moments, then don't miss reading the story here.

Why did I build it?
I had the basic idea for this building when I was working on my entry for the LEGO House Challenge. I took part in the MashUp Madness category, which is why I mixed two themes. I combined a modular building with the Classic Space theme. Although both original creations were just an idea at the time, I just had to finish both pure buildings as well.
My MashUp: Space meets Modular was finally selected for being exhibited in the Masterpiece Gallery in the LEGO House in Billund for the whole year 2025. Hoping that this is a good sign, I have decided to finish the two original buildings and submit them as an idea. Here we have the town house, which houses Mr. Green's Sweets & Candies, a confectionery (Confiserie). Since I love, when modular buildings come with vehicles, I just had to add two cars. The shop's panel truck and the private, old but reliable car of Mr. Green.

Why I believe it would make a great LEGO set?
In fact, I think, that this creation would be a beautiful addition to any LEGO collection of modular buildings! It can be connected to other buildings via linker parts and Technic bricks on the right possitions. The set uses a few advanced building techniques and it would be pure fun to build it. In addition, I like the idea to add a confectionery (Confiserie) to any LEGO town. Additionally, the set comes with a few cool minifigs and two great vehicles. In my opinion, such vintage buildings are always an asset to any collection, no matter how good it is! I hope you see it the same way!

So, don't miss to support!
