He's big, he's friendly, and he's waiting to be put back together. I introduce my latest creation, a screen-accurate LEGO bust rendition of The Iron Giant.
Lots of work went into making this model as accurate as possible to the reference material. This model is meant to be a standalone model, but will hopefully be about 90% compatible with a future full-body extension. Every facet and edge from the original movie model is matched as close as possible with LEGO bricks.
There have been a few outstanding Iron Giant submissions that have achieved support already, but I hope that this model switches it up a bit with its never-before-seen bust rendition. I was also trying to decide between a Hogarth Hughes minifigure and a plaque for this Idea. Let me know what you think in the comments!
