This set is inspired by Jumanji, a 1995 American fantasy adventure film about a supernatural board game that makes wild animals and other jungle hazards materialize upon each player's move. The film was directed by Joe Johnston and is based on Chris Van Allsburg's popular 1981 picture book of the same name.
My passion for LEGO and this film brought together an idea to bring JUMANJI into the world of LEGO.
My goal with this design is to capture the ironic scenes and magical moments of the film that fans of all ages could build and play with at home.
