The Twin Towers contain 1970 pieces and are based off of the two main buildings in the old World Trade Centre (WTC) complex.
The building opened on April 4th 1973 and was located in the financial district of Lower Manhattan.
On the area where the Twin Towers once stood, you can now find the One World Trade Centre, also known as the Freedom Tower.
I built this model because I love the architecture of this building and there has also never been a Twin Towers Architecture set made before.
I believe this would make a great LEGO set because it would go great beside the Empire State Building set.
