This is a microscale set based on my favorite IP, The Lord of the Rings live action motion picture trilogy. It depicts the iconic Bag End hobbit hole as well as some of the surrounding Shire. A door at the back flips open to reveal a hidden storage compartment, the perfect size to stash your favorite hobbit!
I built this model mostly for personal enjoyment. It was fun for me to build digitally and I think many other people would have fun building it as well.
This would make a great set because of the demand there is for LEGO LOTR sets. LEGO, unfortunately, left us with an incomplete series when they abandoned the LOTR product line. Any LOTR set appearing on the shelves would have a lot of buyers.
