About the model

My friend asked me to build his orange 1974 Vespa Rally 200 in Lego. It was a big challenge, because of the angles, the smooth surfaces, and the structural integrity. It took me a lot of building & rebuilding before i got it right. I built my friend the orange one (his real Vespa is Orange) and built another one in white for myself. I wanted his to be unique, but i do like the orange color, it fits the design really well.

The model is a mix of technic structure, finished with tiles & cosmetics. It has 704 pieces, is 32cm long and 19cm high.
