Saber-Toothed Tiger

Saber-toothed tigers existed from approximately 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago, characterized by their strength and they were remarkable hunters. Despite its name, it is not closely related to the tigers that exist today. The saber toothed cat is an independent species of big cat, distinguished by its large canines that earned them their name. I was consistently captivated by this animal during my childhood. I wondered how he could bite or eat with those enormous teeth. I believe it was not solely my concern. For this, for the now-extinct species, it persisted. I have always been intrigued, and I believe that many others share this sentiment with me if you encounter the sabre-toothed tiger in an image or at a museum. Genuine admiration for the immense and powerful predatory force that dominated the countryside thousands of years, millions of years ago.

I resolved myself one evening to capture the majesty of this creature and construct it. During the construction process, I paid close attention to replicate the lightness, dynamism, and strength depicted in the images of the saber toothed cat. I believe that not only I, but many individuals would be pleased to include it in their collection, the saber-toothed tiger, which would evoke a subtle chill in daily life each time, we look at it reminding us that there once was a predator that, to this day, instinctively commands respect from humans.

In the case of the fabricated saber-toothed tiger, I paid attention to create a model that everyone can adjust according to what stance they consider the most expressive about this magnificent predator. I made my own versions in the pictures. To achive this the legs can be moved individually as well as the jaw and the spine. The paws can be secured in various positions on the base. I believe that we can create extraordinary and remarkable work without using thousands of elements so the saber-toothed tiger consists of only 332 elements and measures 34 cm in length 16 cm in height and 13 cm in width as depicted in the accompanying image. We can’t say that it’s small.
