This is a 1st Class Vista Dome Club Car you would see on passenger trains in the US or abroad. This design was inspired by the Legendary Metroliner Club Car #10002 and designed to go with the newest Lego passenger train, the High Speed Train #60051.
I don't consider myself an expert as I haven't built with Lego since 1999 until this past year. After seeing the Lego Movie, I was into the hobby again and thus started buying new sets and began building up my collection and expanding my Lego Trains.
I have included an extra screenshot that shows the Club Car next to the existing High Speed Train #60051 passenger car to give you an idea of how well they go together.
I hope you like my Club Car design and it would be awesome to see this released as a real set!
