TIE Bomber

This is a group attempt at a lego model of the TIE Bomber, it is based on the updated lego TIE models of PaulWiseOne, who has made TIE interceptor and TIE Advanced x1 models and uses Paulwiseone's TIE Advanced wings, updating the TIE designs to bring them up to the same standard as the TIE Fighter 9492. I would love to see a fleet of different TIEs displayed alongside the rebel's X wing, Y wing, B wing, and A wing.

The TIE Bomber has already been produced by Lego as set 4479, and is being produced this year in the planet scale, this design is meant to re-engineer it to the same standards of the 2012 TIE Fighter.

Paulwiseone has designed a front section for the weapons pod, meaning that a special printed piece is now no longer required. :-)

This model is a team effort combining my work with that of Paulwiseone, and some of the decorative flair of Krispijn! :-)

top view: I was really unhappy with the top view on this model, and have redesigned it to bring it closer to the movie model. Krispijn has taken a look at it and made some improvements to the greeblies.
