Come on, we can do it

We only need 6 more supporters to hit the 100 supporter milestone. I think that this needs to go somewhere. I have worked hard on this model and I have made it the most durable and the best I can make it. It is a very cool model and the concept behind the idea is very usable. If LEGO ever makes a foosball table, it would probably sell very well. Maybe LEGO ideas isn’t the manufacturer to do it. But I would at least like to get the idea across. So please support so that we can make this happen.

Thanks for your support

I would like to thank you all for you support, this has been my most successful model and I will continue making new ones, but at this rate the project may expire soon. If you would like to spread the word about this project and help it hit 100 supporters it would be much appreciated. Thank you all for you support!

Goal design improvement

I thought that the original goal that I built looked very square and large. So, to make it look better I have put a pair of grey 1x4 arch tiles on the front along with two 1x2 plates to make the front of the model look a lot better. If I ever order stickers for this model I will probably put the sith insignia on one of the goal curves and a Jedi insignia on the other goal curve. I have not done this yet but I plan to some time in the future. Please support, thanks!

New Model Video

For those of you who felt that my video on the original post was too short and simple, here's a longer video that shows more of how easily you can play with the model, and install your own charecters. Even though you can't install every LEGO minifigure head there is, it is still pretty cool that you can use most of them in the model. I had a few examples of figure heads that didn't work and I am sure that there are many more. I am not too worried about this; but, I still think it would be cool to be able to use any figure heads you want. I will be working on a way to fix this. If you would like to see that happen, and would not like this model to expire, then please support. Right now we need only 30 more supporters for the 100 supporter milestone. Who knows, maybe I will put full figure changeablity for the 100 supporter update. Thank you all for your support.

Middle character support installation

I have added two of the black technic support rods to the middle two figure rows. These characters experience the most stress so, I thought it was a good idea to give them a little support. Now my model is a lot more durable and I will keep making improvements like this until I feel that the design is absolutely perfect. Please support and leave a comment on how you think I could improve this. I am open to suggestions, thank you for your time.

Full model overview

There have been a lot of changes recently to this model so I decided to take a few photos similar to the ones I did originally. If you like what you see please support, thank you. Sorry that the photos are out of order, my device is very glitchy.

Character pack upgrade

I have upgraded my LEGO mini figure pack to look cooler. This is can also be used for reenforcement if you feel that the characters are too lose. I found a black LEGO bar that was actually the perfect length. I don’t know the part number but I know that it is LEGO. Please support and thank you.

Character block upgrade

I did not like how the backs of my characters came out when I posted the foosball table so I have revised it a little. Using these 1 by 2 light grey tiles makes it look a lot better than it originally did. I am currently working on my final design for the backs and I might have it ready by the end of the week. Please support so you can stay updated on the latest state of this model

Scorekeeper design revision

I have added the 1 by 2 grey curved tiles to my scorer. This gave it a much better look and brought the number of parts for it to 12 pieces. Hope you like the new design.

Final figure placement

I have removed two of the LEGO figures from either side of the table as I found that it was very hard to hit the ball in to the goal with them there. On the two remaining figures I have slid them over about half a stud towards the center. This allowed me to hit the ball out of the corners while still being able to reach the middle. It is just harder to block the ball from the goal now. I think that this made my project a lot more fun and competitive. I still need to play against someone and make a video. Please support so you can know when that happens. Thank you.
