F1 Monaco GP
The Monaco Grand Prix, held annually on the Circuit de Monaco, is one of the most prestigious and challenging events in the world of motorsport. Roaring F1 engines, tight corners and incredible views – an event that attracts millions of fans each year!
Just imagine you could recreate that experience with LEGO bricks.
This is the result!
1,735 pieces of Monaco ready to be displayed in your living room! The set features:
Exchangeable track modules:
Use one colour to outline the racetrack, or mix green, yellow and purple to recreate the sector times of your favourite racer’s lap!
Two possible set orientations:
Do you prefer to look at the track from the perspective of the riviera, or the iconic tunnel and hairpin? – it is your choice!
True-to-life representation:
All buildings in the set directly represent the ones found in Monaco! I’ve also spent many hours revising the track layout, making it as close to the real one as possible.
Integrated spare parts storage:
Do not worry about losing any spare parts - change up the track any time you like just by lifting it and retrieving other parts from its underside. Even the brick separator fits under the F1 logo!
Place it or hang it:
The set features built-in hangers, so that you can place it on a wall to display it! The hangers are equidistant form each other, so you can change the perspective of the track without having to drill into the wall again!
Some facts about the Monaco GP:
- Circuit length: ~ 3.3 km (2 miles)
- No. of laps: 78
- Race distance: 260 km (162 miles)
- First race: 1929
- First F1 World Championship: 1950
I think that this would be a great set, as it can be both a treat for a F1 fan and just a nice display piece for others – all in all Monaco would still be incredibly beautiful even without the race track ;). The interactive element and high customization means that everone can find their personal version of the set that fits them best!
