The Final Update
The Vinyl bin now has a better sign. I also made some rows more full than others to make it look like some vinyl had been bought.
I also removed a total of 3 guitars; 2 on the back wall and one on the wall beside the counter. In replace I added more vinyl and a poster. I did this because many record stores have a huge vinyl wall.
Now with these final details, the set consists of 1845 parts.
Here is the raw studio image.

The First Floor Top View
Here is the first-floor top view! I apologize for the streaks any tips to reduce that are much appreciated!
The most challenging part of the build would have to be the stairs. The space is very compact and I wanted the stairs to be open underneath. So by using certain parts, I was able to get it to the right height and the look I was going for!
Please see the first update for more details and changes.

Details that weren’t included now included :)
Hi everyone! Here is the image of the living room and other details previously mentioned but not shown.
In the living room, you can see those spare logs I was talking about in the original description of the set. As well as the couch in the sand blue color.
Next, is the 2nd level's top view.
You can now get a better view of the apartment's layout. The dog bowl and the blue Fiat 500 version painting are also shown.
As you can see the owner has received a package. I wonder if it is her new suitcase record player?!
I have added a few more details and fixed some areas that needed improvement.
The biggest change would have to be the sign.
I recently discovered part designer and made the sign in its original design color; red. I also cleaned up the sign area so now that little tile from the baseplate of the roof isn’t there.
After some helpful feedback about the sign being dark. I think making the color a brighter red instead of the same dark red as the building makes it pop more. :)
With the new details, there are now 1820 parts! Another image of the first floor coming soon :)
