This modular record shop and studio apartment is ready and waiting to take it's place in your city, packed with brick built detail and custom printed parts.
In total, the model contains about 2,600 bricks and is divided into three sections. The bottom section includes a street scape including traffic light and crossing, leafy tree and a news stand. Inside on the ground floor you will find the record shop itself with shelves bulging with records, a bathroom, and out the back you will find access to the stairs leading upstairs. The first floor has a fully decked out studio apartment with kitchen, living area and bed and the top part contains a detailed roof.
