I add 4 mini-catapults, 6 torches on the Wall, 4 boxes full of ammunition and 2 fireplaces in the inner courtyard.

Inside the tower I change 2 swords into a shortsword and a knife. And I add 2 armor and 2 black hoods. ;-)
