This 3-story building is a simple replica of apartments in New York City.
The build started from only a signboard. Then as ideas grow, it became a whole building.
The building is on 24 x 16 studs plate base.
The facade has details such as fire escape, signboard, drainpipe and air-conditioner.
Housings on second and third floor have individual entrance, kitchen, and toilet.
(For the second floor, I did not specify the resident.)
Minifigures are writer, constructor, taxi driver and chef, selected from Lego City series.
I hope that the city and its people will be back to every day life.
