This is a model of the three main stages in the life of a Monarch butterfly.
Monarch butterflies measure from a wingspan of 3 3/8" to 4 7/8", making this model very near
life-sized. It features a caterpillar, a chrysalis, and a Monarch butterfly.
I built it after it was suggested by a family member. Then, I decided to put it on Ideas so I built it in
Studio 2.0.
I think it would make a great Lego set because it is pretty basic, but the bright colors make a huge visual impact and would make it a great display model. It consists of 277 bricks, so it is relatively small and would be inexpensive.
