Here is my medieval fishmarket and stables. This is a sad that I have created, because I absolutely love Castle. The set contains a horse stable, a fish market on the first floor along with a small garden in Wishing well. The second floor from the outside has an open balcony above the fishmarket that leads into a small room for the owner of the fishmarket above. That room is a small room that contains a dormer coming out of the roof in the room also contains a small fireplace and the treasure chest to keep the money from the fish market sales. Above the stables is the armory for the kingdom that has a small window in the front for a look out with a crossbow. The third floor above the armory is the jail cell with prisoner. The front of the stable has a bell tower that comes out from the third floor with a movable bell. The set is also decorated with foliage on the roofs, a couple trees and many flowers.
I built a set because I absolutely love castles and all of the many different aspects of medieval life. I have been fortunate enough to have collected every castle LEGO has made. In collecting, I have noticed that there are not many areas for non-knight and King related medieval life. I questioned where did the kingdoms eat sleep by food by clothing and other daily necessities. I built this to alleviate a couple of things issues.
I believe this would make a great Lego set because there are so many people who, like me, that love Lego castles. This, it would also add an aspect as I said earlier that is lacking with a Castle series.
