- A better flagpole top.
- Improved clothing on the minifigs.
- Improved interiors, including a crayfish waiting to bite Emil's father!
- Improved chimney and ceiling construction.

Refinement 1
This project is my first on Lego Ideas, and I was too eager to get it published... Some refinements will come.
Here I have made a more elegant construction for the roof on the shed.
I have also added Emil's much beloved pig "Griseknoa" and his limp hen "Halta Lotta".
