A modular two level Victorian style townhouse. It has steps up to the front tiled porch where the entrance opens to a stair hall. There is a living room with fireplace, dining room, butler's pantry and kitchen on the main level.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom, the main bedroom has a fireplace.
The design has a large front facing bay window with lots of windows to see into the interior. Also a stained glass window.
The floors come apart and roof is removable, just like the modular buildings. There is a lot of architectural detail with cornices, window surrounds, arches inside and out.
