1 year old!
It's been over year since this project went live on LEGO IDEAS. I've published multiple other projects since, but this is still my favorite. Two-thirds of the journey is still left to go... Thank you for your support

We've entered the 20th century!
It took longer than expected, but the project's now reached 1900 supporters! Again, thank you all for helping get here. Now it's time to go onwards to 2000 and the new millennium!

New project is on the horizon...
I think it's clear from my previous updates that this Sand Castle is not meeting expectations. Either I'm a bad promotor, or it really just isn't as great if an idea as I thought. Whichever the reason, I'm going to be shifting some of my energy into promoting a new project that I plan to submit in the coming week or two. I hope that this new project will find more success and continue to build up following and supporters for my existing projects. Maybe it can even be the one to reach 10k.
Want to know what the new project is? Here's a hint: It represents the first time in history that a chicken ever flew.

Still working on 2k supporters
I previously set a goal of having 2k supporters by March. We didn't there. That's fine though. Let's try to hit 2k by mid-March instead!!

Let's get to 2k by March!
I'm setting goals for the promotion of this project. First goal is getting 2000 supporters by March. It's surely an ambitious goal given the speed the project is currently growing at. However, I'm going to be (and need to be) more aggressive in the promotion. We'll see how it shakes out!

It's the 1 month anniversary!
Sand Castle has been on Lego Ideas for 1 month today. It received 1500+ supporters in that timespan! Thank you!
There's still a long way to go to get to 10k. The new project front-page rank boost is fading away. I need your help more than ever to help keep up the momentum! You can help out by doing things like the following:
