This is a modular build in the Creator Expert mold. I wanted to start building again and wanted to start with a familiar form that I enjoyed. The first floor went through a few iterations until I finally landed on a pizza cafe. I wanted to do something with an exposed open air setting to differentiate it a bit. The addition of the recording studio and rooftop concert were an attempt to create something that isn't typical and a lot of fun. I think this fits nicely into the Creator modular sets and adds a little personality.
