Here we have a continuation of the Harry Potter Series. It is one of the many greenhouses at Hogwarts where Professor Sprout teaches Herbology. I would submit that this set should include 3-4 minifigures. One would be Professor Sprout. The second would be Neville Longbottom, as he is star Herbology student. then there would be 2 other Hogwarts students. Possibly with 2 Hufflepuffs, as this is the house Gryfindor has Herbology with in 2nd year.
As you can see, this greenhouse has baby mandrakes growing in it. It also has other magical plants growing in it.
