This is a fun model of a forester house. It has a moderate piece count (probably 1,500+), Containing much foliage. There are several trees in different colors, as well as some basic grass detailing and a pine tree.
I experimented with ball and socket joints for one the the larger trees, while I just stacked most of them (except for the pine tree, where I used SNOT (Studs Not On Top)). The house is pretty simple, made of complex stacking and a bit of SNOT that creates some nice textures in light grey and sand green. The roof is made mostly of dark blue 1x2 tiles, but I mixed in a few transparent brown tiles and 1x2 plates to give more texture. There is a detailed interior of the first floor that can be seen in the pictures.
