John Ronald Reuel Tolkien was an English writer, poet, philologist, and university professor who is best known as the author of the classic high fantasy works The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and The Silmarillion.
About the project:
The project includes three minifigures. Tolkien and two of his most famous characters an elf (Tolkien constructed a fictional language for these creatures) and a Hobbit. The set consists of three vignettes. The vignette on the left represents a part of the Shire and the scene on the right shows some elvish architecture. The middle part of the build is the main-part of the project. It shows Tolkien's desk, Tolkien's favourite tree (black pine) and a bookshelf. The front of the main-part is decorated with the One Ring.
