The great sphinx is a well known limestone statue of a sphinx laying down, and is located in Giza, Egypt. It is about 240 feet long, 62 feet wide, and 66 feet high. This set shows a 596 piece model of the sphinx, and the sphinx is about minifigure scale. This set is very accurate, including details such as the curved tail and advanced techniques to create the old brick look. It also has details such as a very accurate face. I built this set just for fun, but I think it would make a great set because of the afforementioned accuracy, and because it is so well known.
