I love KISS, I went to the last KISS concert in my country, and despite not being a 40-year-old man, I grew up with KISS and their iconic music. As a huge Lego fan, I couldn't help but wonder what my next Lego project should be. And then it hit me: why not build a Lego KISS stage?
Let's dive into some KISStory! KISS is an American rock band that was formed in New York City back in January 1973, which means the band is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year! The original members of KISS were Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss, who left a lasting impact on the music industry. Nowadays, the band's lineup consists of The Starchild (Paul Stanley) as the lead singer, The Demon (Gene Simmons) rocking the bass, The Spaceman (Tommy Thayer) shredding the guitar, and The Catman (Eric Singer) pounding the drums. Together, they continue to captivate audiences with their energetic performances and iconic stage presence.
Now, let's talk about the Lego model itself. The Lego KISS stage project features a whopping 2,126 total parts, meticulously assembled to recreate the band's signature stage design. As a new person to Photoshop, creating the printed pieces for this model was quite a challenge, but the effort was worth it.
The stage even features a customizable display, two imposing feline statues, a white grand piano (To play Beth) and an array of vibrant lights that bring the whole scene to life. I'm truly excited to share this Lego KISS stage creation with all of you. It's been a labor of love, and I hope it brings joy and nostalgia to fellow KISS fans and Lego enthusiasts. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone who supports, comments, and shares this project. Your encouragement means the world to me, and it fuels my passion for combining my love of music and Lego.
So, rock on, KISS Army, and let's keep the spirit of KISS alive!
