Staff Pick!
Wow, Staff Pick! Thank you so much.
Thank you to all the supporters and all the people who just came to have a look too.
To celebrate the staff pick I post a picture of how this project started. which is very different to how it finished up.

Real build
Hello all
I have just about finished the real build!
It works!
Its not an easy build to be honest with the front canopy being very tricky to get right (its still a little off shape on mine which I need to fix) and the rear tail was time consuming to get straight and angled in line with the engine. But it all holds together and can even be powered by a motor (short vid here
)There are some colours missing in the Lego real world pallet unfortunately which is mostly the cabin area.
If anyone is interested there is an LDD file I am happy to share http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MangaNOID/Helicopter/calypso_new_rotor.lx...
There may be some discrepancies in the build though as I was getting a bit lazy in the digital build. Mostly the floats though.
I hope you like the real build!
thank you for supporting, or for even just having a look.
