Bigger Spaces and More:
-enlarged the parking spaces from 8x8 studs to 8x12 studs
-added 4 more motorcycle parking spaces
-removed 4 normal parking spaces
-added more decoration to corners

The smaller parking spaces at the entrances are for motorcycles.

-each space is now 8 studs wide (used to be 6); now fully compatible with CITY cars
-added ticket booths to both sides
-improved center decorations (also has no parking zone)
-arrows guide cars when coming and going
-trees now replace awkward spaces in each corner
