This is a one modular building out of ten modular buildings in the old San Juan style. Please check out on the updates to see the other modular buildings.
This is the third modular building I have built in the Old San Juan Style. The first floor is a café, complete with an ice cream stand and an espresso machine. The second floor have an apartment with it's own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room.
