Frame House: Bakery Cafe House

Hello,
I'm going to try again with the second frame house.

This time, it's a bakery cafe building and a 3-story building.

I really like the frame-style modular idea.
So I'm going to expand this idea a little bit and make a suggestion to you.

Since it's a structure that requires a combination of wall-mounted assembly and general building-style assembly, I put a lot of thought into the assembly method.

The front of the detachable building is a little thicker due to the structural form of the first floor's show window and the entrance, but it doesn't seem to deviate much from the frame style.

The overall style of the building is designed with a European architectural feel and it's a building with a bakery cafe.

The frame is designed very simply and modernly so that the building stands out.

The first floor is a space that sells bakery bread, and the second floor is a cafe space with tables.
The third floor is a residential space with a bed and kitchen.
The front of the building can be separated by floor, so you can see the part you want.

We put a lot of effort into the design of the walls inside, and expressed the furniture and interior as symbolically as possible in the narrow space of 3 studs.

And for the exterior, we used the sidewalk block expression method in front of the building, and the streetlight and fire hydrant expression similar to the modular series. This is to give the feeling that the modular building was made in a frame style.
Lastly, we tried to give a more luxurious and professional feel by indicating the building's title and scale bar inside the frame.

Do you like this idea? I hope many people like it.
And I ask for your support.
Thank you.
