I always thought that a movie theater will be great for any city layout. It based off the original version, but the color scheme is different and has some additions to the roof such as an ac unit and an access ladder to the roof. Four minifigs are included: 2 theater employees, a dad minifig and a little girl minifig. Inside the building has the concession area, two arcade machines, the main theater, and a storage closet.
