Yay! 2k!

That’s a really large number of thank yous! 

I remain truly grateful for such unexpected numbers. 

Not only that but I’ve also had some hugely encouraging and helpful comments. 

I have tried to incorporate some of the build ideas and want to share this update which takes small steps to accommodate feedback. 

So here goes…

Not got to this one yet but hopefully if I make it to 3k. Mostly as I may need to do some more significant rebuilding to get this looking special. Hope you don’t mind waiting a bit longer. 

In truth this project looks like it might not get to 5k. However, if it does. I will be very tempted to share some more of these images:

Just checking in as I now have some photos of the building that inspired its creation.

I hope you like this mini update. I have much more to share.

Some of you made some great suggestions as to how to improve this Idea. I have now made alterations and hope to share them at 2k.

I’m stunned! Thank you all so much! Getting to 100 was really cool but this is pure awesome.

I can’t help think about 1000 people all in the same room clapping in support of my idea. That’s how brilliant this is and I can’t begin to thank you enough ❤️

From here I know it gets harder to stay visible so if you want to help me and you’re already a supporter, please comment some more. I would welcome any feedback. What you like, what you don’t. What you would do if it were your build. I really want to hear from you, the kind folk who got me here!

I finished making it at the end of March 2021 and I haven’t take it down yet so could easily make minor modifications to better the project. What would you do?

You got me to 1000 so I guess I get to stay with you for the next year snd a half.

So what can I show today?

Well, just for fun, here are a few pictures of how this idea could go with official IP tie ins.

I went Star Wars but it could easily have been Marvel or Disney movies. (I think my daughter wants to see a Frozen screening!)

Here are a few pictures from a fan screening of “A New Hope”

Basically you could easily add items from sets you already own to make your own movie event scene.

Outside the fans are gathering.

The Emperor tells George to “do it” (put the carton in the bin).

Wow. You sent me past the first marker in 25 hours from approval I'm incredibly grateful for this.

I wanted to update sooner but I’ve been at work! 🤣
