This little beach house property is just perfect for this lady and her son, or any other minifigs who want to come rent. It comes with two rooms, one up and one down. There is a small kitchen, table and chair, and a bed with a dresser. The front garden has a small pond with two water lillies in the water. In the back is a small beach with a beach lounger and umbrella.
