LEGO Sports Car Collection

Build a SuperGT Panther in either RED or BLUE and as a Coup or Spyder (shown below).  The Panther is a mid-engine supercar inspired design like a Ferrari or Lamborghini.  The Coup is a hard top and the Spyder is a convertible.

In addition to the SuperGT Panther build a Sparrow GT.  Once you get these built you can convert them into Race Cars or create a Sparrow RS (Rally Sport).

Of the 28 different configurations these are:

• 1. SuperGT Panther Coup in BLUE
• 2. SuperGT Panther Spyder in BLUE
• 4. SuperGT Panther Coup in RED
• 5. SuperGT Panther Spyder in RED (included in Project Picture)

With the proposed LEGO kit, in addition to the SuperGT Panther, you can build a Sparrow GT Coup, Targa, or Spyder in either RED or BLUE.  Shown here is the Sparrow GT Coup, Targa and Spyder in BLUE.  The Coup is a hard top, the Targa is a convertible where you just remove the roof but the rear window and posts remain, and the Spyder is a convertible.  The Sparrow is a front-engine, rear wheel drive sports car inspired design like a Corvette or Mustang.

• 10. Sparrow GT Targa in BLUE (shown above)
• 11. Sparrow GT Spyder in BLUE (shown above)

In addition to the Sparrow GT Coup, Targa, and Spyder you can build a Nomad (Sport Wagon) with the same proposed LEGO kit.  Shown here is the Sparrow Nomad in BLUE but you can also build it in RED.  The Nomad provides enough storage room behind the drivers seat for two 2x3 blocks stacked with a 2x3 flat plate on top.  The Nomad design is GT inspired.

• 8. Sparrow Nomad in RED

Optionally, you can convert your Sparrow GT car into a Sparrow RS (Rally Sport) with the same proposed LEGO kit.  You can create a Coup, Targa, or Spyder in either BLUE or RED.  The following shows the differences in the front and back between the Sparrow GT and RS.  Notice that the RS (shown here in RED) has a full 4-wide grill whereas the GT (shown here in BLUE) has a 2-wide grill plus fog lights.  The back of the RS includes a funky 2 vertical tail light design with center tail pipes.  The RS also has a slightly wider side ground effect design than the GT.  The RS here is a Coup and the GT is a Targa.  You can build either car as a Coup, Targa or Spyder in BLUE or RED.

Also, the RS can be configured with the optional Supercharged engine.  Below shows the Sparrow GT (top), Sparrow RS (middle), and Supercharged Sparrow RS (bottom).  Shown here as a BLUE Spyder but also available in RED and as a Coup or Targa.  In addition to the RS vs GT changes the Supercharged RS integrates an engine into the front design.  My Sports Car Garage #144069 more clearly shows the different engine designs.

With this proposed LEGO kit, you can turn your Sparrow and/or SuperGT Panther into a Race Car.  Create the Sparrow GT3 (top) and SuperGTR Panther (bottom).  Shown here in both BLUE and RED.  The BLUE SuperGTR Panther includes the ORANGE stripes.
