The Washington Monument was built in 1848. IT is the tallest building in the city of Washington D.C, America's capitol. Now I have built it in LEGO form, looking like the actual building. This model uses 810 pieces, to be exact. I built this because I think this would just look really cool and it just captures your attention as soon as you walk into a room. This measures about 55 inches or around 4 feet. This is built on top of a 48x48 Baseplate. It is 175 studs tall, including the baseplate this is all built upon.
I built this model because we have gotten a lot of LEGO Architecture sets, but not a Washington Monument. Also, I think this would look pretty cool with the previously ISS, since they are both real-life objects.
