Three story beach house located on beach front property with dock. Can surf out front or take the boat out. Parked in the rocks there is a rock crawler to get around the island. Also can go scuba diving or sailing. The first floor has a kitchen, sink, and washing machine. The second has bedroom and bathroom. And the Terrance overlooks the ocean with a jacuzzi, fire pit, lounge chair and grill.
