Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.
Your feedback is only shown to the creator as well as yourself. It is not available for other users to see. The creator won't see your user name.
This project is a recreation of the lithograph “Relativity” by the Dutch artist M. C. Escher.
It appears to defy the laws of physics, because different staircases require gravitational effects from different directions. If you examine the artwork, you will notice that some staircases even seem to require gravitational effects from two directions simultaneously. When I first saw it, I thought recreating it would be a great way to test my building skills.
The build consists of roughly 500 pieces, making it the smallest and, at the same time, a fairly accurate
recreation of the famous lithograph that I have seen. I hope you like my latest project as much as I do.
