Family Camping Trip

As an upgrade to my earlier project, Father/Son Campout, I made the Family Camping trip, something everyone can appreciate (not just fathers and sons).  The family is sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows (something I've always wanted in a Lego set.

After building a tent on the Digital Designer, I copied the design with real Lego bricks and changed the colors around.  In the fishing boat I rebuilt an old fishing pole and gave the son a life jacket.  Then I gave the mom a compass and a walking while she took her daughter hiking on the mountains. 

I did the best I could making a fun Lego camping trip, but it's up to you to get it put on the shelves!
