Working Fitness Power Station

What´s up Lego and fitness fans,

here I present my current idea for a working fitness power station.

Sport is one of my biggest hobbies and I have a fitness power machine in my basement at home that I use regularly. Sport in general is a hugely important health factor and that's why I came up with the idea of building a fitness power station out of Lego that also works.

January is known as the month of good intentions. So it can't hurt to have something physical in front of you to remind you of your good intentions. With this Lego set, you are regularly reminded of your resolution to exercise and can complete three strength training exercises in miniature format so that you can do them yourself later.

It is a multifunctional device for chest, shoulders, back and thighs. Other isolated exercises are also possible. Lego has used a cord especially for construction vehicles, which can be used as a rope to pull the weights on this MOC. There are six different weight plates that can be moved using the pulley.
