This is The Android's Dungeon and Baseball Card Shop from The Simpsons. I have watched a lot of The Simpsons episodes and think that there should be another set based on the show.
I have tried to resemble the building as best as I can while giving it some play features including a removable roof so you can reach the inside. The minifigures included are Homer, Bart, and Maggie.
There are many things to do inside the store including enough space to play with the minifigures and let them shop inside the store.
