As things are winding down on our LEGO Ideas Hello Kitty and Friends project, I would like to take a moment to thank all the Sanrio fans who came out to support this project. Thank you all for believing in this idea and helping us get the votes -- and just in time for Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary too!

As Hello Kitty has been known to say, “Happiness is sharing good times with friends.” I'm happy I got to go on this journey to 10k with you all.

I just discovered a new head part that was recently released with LEGO Gabby's Dollhouse set that would be perfect for our set. The head part for Mercat is just the right size and shape for a Hello Kitty minifigure. I will be updating the design soon. Stay tuned!
