Ceratosaurus and Dryosaurus lived in North America in the late the Jurassic Period with Allosaurus, Brachiosaurus and Apatosaurus.
Ceratosaurus was a medium sized carnivore that was 23-26 feet (7-8 meters) long and 3,300-4,400 Ib (1,500-2,000 kg) in weight. Ceratosaurus means "Horn Lizard" and even though it is classified as a North American dinosaur, Ceratosaurus has been found in Portugal and Tanzania.
Dryosaurus was a small herbivore that was 7.9-14 feet (2-4 meters) long and 170-200 Ib (1496-1995 kg) in weight. Dryosaurus means "Oak Tree Lizard" and Dryosaurus was an iguanodont like the Iguanodon in the late Cretaceous.
