Two Weeks Left!

Hello there!

There are only two weeks left to support these Futuristic Vehicles! Thanks to everyone who's supported this project over the past year and two months, and especially those who've supported the Flying Car since my first submission of it in 2014. The design of it has changed a heck lot since then.

If you'd like to see other things I've built, I do have a Flickr page!

Thanks for checking out my project, and thanks for your support!

One Whole Year

Hello there!

Yowza! It's been an entire year that this project has been on Lego Ideas. One whole year. I find this absolutely incredible. Thank you to all who have supported this project over the past twelve months, or 366 days (2016 was a Leap Year!). I greatly appreciate your support.

I do have a Flickr page if you'd like to see more things I've built.

Be sure to share this this project if you'd really like this to become a real Lego set!

Thanks again for all of your support.

Ten Month Update!

Hello there!

It's been ten months since my Futuristic Vehicles project was admitted to Lego Ideas, and it has gathered 128 supporters! Thank you so much supporting my creations and thinking that they'd make an excellent Lego set. Thank you.

I have no more news about this project, but other than that I absolutely ordered the Beatles Yellow Submarine set today, along with the Doctor Who set. I can't wait to build those.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Nine Month Update!

Hello there!

Wow, nine months have passed since I uploaded this project to Lego Ideas, and it actually got 60 more days due to the new guidelines that have been implemented. That's pretty neat. Other than that, I have nothing else to announce.

I do have a personal recommendation to watch The Lego Movie with commentary on. I did that last week and I loved it. It is the best.

If you'd like to see other things I've made, I do have a Flickr page.

Right, so that's about it.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Six Month Update! (Almost six months, just another day, really)

Hello there!

For quite a while now, I've been teasing that I've been making changes to the Flying Car in this project. Since some of the parts I need don't exist in the colors I require, and I have other Lego projects in the works, I decided to make a digital render of it. Finally, right?

I brought back those fender pieces that I used in the original design, and made the front and center bit look substantially more cohesive. Needless to say, I like it quite a lot.

Thanks for checking put my project!

Four Months!

Hello there!

Four months have passed since this project was put on Lego Ideas, and it has accumulated 77 supporters. I thank you all for supporting these Futuristic Vehicles. Please share this project around with others. Remember, a project needs 10,000 supporters to go through the Lego review process, so every vote counts!

I've been pretty busy lately, so I haven't ordered the parts I need to make the updates to the Flying Car, but it should be pretty soon now, so just hang tight. Speaking of ordering parts, I've also been working on another Lego project that I won't be submitting on Ideas because it isn't my original design. I downloaded the instructions from another Lego Ideas project and I loved the design of it so much I just had to build it. I'll put photos of it on my Flickr page when it's done.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Three Months!

Hello there!

The Flying Car project has now been up for three months, and has accumulated 76 supporters. Thank you so much for all of your support, and please be sure to share this around if you'd really like these Futuristic Vehicles to become a real Lego set!

The the new design I've been working on in LDD is pretty much done, and all that's left is to get the pieces needed to build the modifications. So yeah, this is going well.

Thanks for checking out my project!

Instructions!

Hello there!

I know, I just made an update last week, but due to the request of tazywazymazy, I uploaded the instructions of the complete builds of the Flying Car, Hover-Bike, the landing pad and tools, all into one LDD file and made it available so you can download it and build it yourself.

Yes, you now have the instructions.

Download it here!

I will also say that the build of the Flying Car in the LDD file is still the same one as in the images, not the new design I've been working on. I'd like to make a physical version of it before releasing instructions on how to build it. I finally made the front section have angles I've wanted it to have for so long, and I somehow managed to make it look good too. I used an excellent amount of brackets and Lego math, both of which are fantastic things. I also figured out that the Speed Champions windscreen piece I wanted to use isn't going to work on this because it's way too low to fit on the Flying Car. The current one stays for now.

Two Months!

Hello there!

It's been two months since this project was accepted onto Lego Ideas, and it now has 68 supporters!Thank you so much for your support, and please be sure to share this project around so it can get 10,000 supporters and go to the Lego review process to possibly become a real Lego set!

I'm still working on making a more ideal version of the Flying Car. It's going to be more sturdy with some hopefully cleaner looking lines. I have it in progress in Lego Digital Designer as I type this, and it looks pretty good.
