I went to Yosemite National Park in March 2019 and it was the most stunning landscape I have ever seen. The famous tunnel view is sensational and trekking through the valley is a once in a lifetime experience, so I wanted to recreate it in LEGO.
My design features a hinge so that the build can be displayed either as the closed valley (the view seen from tunnel view) and also opened out to get a better look at the key features of the valley, including the famous Half Dome and El Capitan.
Hopefully this will inspire others to explore the amazing landscapes earth has to offer and immortalise them in LEGO!
