You also see the problem with the traction: there is too much friction in the turntables I used for the wheels, causing torsion in the shafts and slip in the motor itself. The motor and gearing are strong enough, but torsion and play cause the uneven speed.

To improve this I have to wait till the new (2015) turntables come available as spare part, ore leave them out completely, but then the model becomes less realistic. A change I already made was to remove all universal joints from the drive train, because they are not strong enough. As this maybe becomes an official set then it is advisable to do it without the power functions.

In my next update I will show a video of the Bugatti in action. Did not do that earlier, because I'm still working on the model to make more improvements.

Here I want to show you some improvements of the model and how it is build up. As builders, you will probably know that once you are finished, you then see that you could have done it completely different and better!

• The chassis is build with less parts and is now twice as stiff as the first one, by using the 5 x 7 frame parts.
• The chassis height is one stud lower, because the gearbox is placed one stud higher.
• The drive shafts are better placed.
• The whole model is build up in modules that you can build separately.
• The battery box is placed in a better position.

The overall result is a better model with less parts and a stiff frame. Hope you like the pictures and thank you for all the support so far!
