Here comes a giant form of everyone's favorite astromech droid, R2-D2! This set allows R2 to move by himself using Mindstorms bricks, Please factor this into the price range. He is 24 bricks tall. The movement programming can be as simple or as complicated as you want! This set would come with stickers to add more detail. even though this set is quite large it is fairly simple to build. To access the Mindstorms control brick just remove the top piece.
I was inspired to build this from my love of both Star Wars and Lego Mindstorms, so I decided to fuse the two together. Normally Mindstorms robots tend to stay in their own theme and do not get used for sets from other themes. So for the first time ever there will be a droid that can perform tasks. This set can be upgraded with other Mindstorms pieces to add more functions.
